Do I need to provide cleaning supplies for the service?
No, our technicians come equipped with all supplies, tools and any necessary equipment to get the job done. Our goal as a company is to make all our services easy, convenient and no effort for you the customer, the “Wow that was a great experience and my house looks fantastic.”
Are your cleaners trained and insured?
Yes, all of our cleaning technicians go through a rigorous, highly educational and informative training modules to be fully knowledgeable and experienced with industry standards. In addition, all staff go through safety training on equipment, chemicals and proper body mechanics. The safety of our staff, the clients, pets and property is of the highest priority. JC POWER Cleaning Services is a fully insured company.
How long does a typical cleaning service take?
On average services take 2-3 hours. But here at JC POWER we provide house cleaning, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, solar panel cleaning, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning and power washing services therefore what services is being provided will have different times to complete based on size, stain, type of cleaning and if a combination of services are being provided. We will provide a detailed plan of our process to complete job and an estimated completion time will be given to customers before work is started.
What is a deep cleaning, and why is it necessary?
We provide 3 types of house cleaning: Standard clean, move in/ move out clean, and deep cleaning. Deep cleaning is an extensive in depth cleaning that removes all dust, dirt, pet hair, bacteria and grime from all surfaces. Our technicians will move all furniture and most appliances to clean all those nooks and crannies. Please note: cleaning inside appliances like refrigerator and oven are cleaned for an additional charge. A good way to think about a deep clean is a thorough clean of your entire home. It’s important to get your property deep cleaned at least once a year but it’s all based on the preference of the customer, we recommend quarterly deep cleans.
Are your cleaning products safe for my family and pets?
Yes, we use the best, highest quality cleaning products and chemicals. We will work with any and all your specific needs to insure the safety of your family and pets. Safety is our highest priority.
What measures do you take to ensure the security and trustworthiness of your staff?
All of our technicians and staff must pass a background check and drug test before being hired here at JC POWER. Our goal is to have the best staff to provide the most excellent and highest quality cleaning services. We pride ourselves on finding, recruiting the people with high integrity, moral character and who always choose to do the right thing!!!
How often should I get my carpets, house washed, windows cleaned or solar panels cleaned?
This is all based on customer preference, we will work with you to find the best schedule, routine and budget to keep your house maintained, looking amazing and within your budget. All services are different as well for example once we power wash your roof you may not need to do it again for years. But with house cleaning, window washing or cleaning your solar panels it may best best to do them quarterly or monthly. Whatever your needs are we guarantee we can provide the power to clean anything.
What is included in a standard house cleaning?
We use de-ionized water to clean all solar panels. Your property water will go through our water purification systems which then travel through carbon fiber poles with nylon, boars hair brushes where we scrub and clean your panels. When the panels have been properly scrubbed down and cleaned we rinse off with the purified water leaving the solar panels cleaned without spots or streaks.
